Terms of Use — Fix Arabic
These terms govern the Fix Arabic Android app and preserve JANA APPS' ethical principle that technology should be used for benefit, cooperation in good, and not for harming others or enabling wrongdoing.
Acceptance
By using the Fix Arabic app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app.
Purpose of the service
Fix Arabic is a general technical tool that helps Arabic text display more correctly in games, apps, and systems that do not render Arabic properly. The tool does not create content on behalf of the user; it technically processes text supplied by the user.
Results and compatibility
Results may vary by app, game, font, device, or browser, so you should review text before sending or publishing it. The service is provided as available, to the extent permitted by law, without a guarantee that it will work with every device, game, app, or external service.
Acceptable use and disclaimer for misuse
The user alone is responsible for any content written, copied, sent, or published through Fix Arabic. The service must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, rights-infringing, or unethical activity, or for uses that conflict with the publisher's ethical and religious principles. JANA APPS does not approve or encourage such uses, expressly rejects and disclaims them, and disclaims responsibility for consequences or harm arising from them to the extent permitted by applicable religious principles and law.
Advertising and disclaimer for ad content
Some versions of Fix Arabic may display ads supplied by third parties. JANA APPS does not individually select every ad, and an ad's appearance does not mean that the publisher approves or endorses its product, service, or message. The publisher rejects and disclaims unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or ethically or religiously objectionable advertising delivered by an external ad system without the publisher's direct selection or approval.
Reasonable advertising safeguards
JANA APPS takes reasonable available measures, including category blocking, ad review, and reporting inappropriate content when it becomes known. Advertisers and ad-service providers remain responsible for their advertising content under their policies and applicable law. An ad is not a recommendation or guarantee from JANA APPS.
Ethical statement and personal accountability
JANA APPS believes that technology should be used to benefit people and not to harm them, and that every person is responsible for their choices and actions. In the spirit of cooperating in righteousness and good while refusing wrongdoing and aggression, the publisher encourages Fix Arabic to be used for beneficial communication, constructive purposes, and cooperation in good, and rejects using the service to harm others or assist wrongdoing. We are all human beings, we return to God, and we will be accountable for what we do. For this reason, the publisher expressly rejects and disclaims every unlawful or unethical use of the service while taking reasonable measures available to prevent and address such matters, to the extent permitted by applicable religious principles and law.
Internet access and third-party services
Some functions, especially advertising and external services, may require internet access. Users are responsible for network and roaming charges. Third-party links and services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Ownership
The app, brand, content, and related software belong to the publisher or the relevant rights holders unless stated otherwise.
